The staff were rude and fucking asshole!!!!!! We ‘have’ to stay there because our home is no water. We booked to stay for me and my husband. We extremely exhausted then we received a call by guy and said sound totally rude and no manner with empty brain said, one of us have to left the room now! If you can politely via a phone I will be okay, the way he said totally he bloody hell. Personally, please book the Smile Hotel near to Star Avenue, facilities is much better than this hotel. Please book Smile Hotel, not this abandoned hotel. This hotel was totally suck!!!!!!!!!

Susah cari makan, hotelnya di jalan agak dalam, jauh dari jalan raya besar.

Hotelnya baru, proses check in mudah walaupun bayar tambahan RM 10 dan deposite RM 50, kamar bersih, AC dingin, wifi lumayan, resepsionis ramah, overall this hotel is okay.
