I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Firstly, I want to thank the landlady for her helpfulness. When I unfortunately lost my wallet, she kindly helped me contact the grab centre in Malay and accompanied me to the police station. Even after my wallet was successfully found and I returned to Singapore, the landlady helped me find a way to bring my wallet back to Singapore, which I am very grateful for. The beds in the hotel are very clean and comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a good night's sleep every night. The design of the public areas is very warm and welcoming, making me feel at home. The overall environment is very peaceful, allowing me to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The hotel is conveniently located, close to many attractions, making it ideal for short trips to Malacca. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers. Once again, thank you to the landlady and hotel staff for their hospitality, and I look forward to staying at this hotel again.

Strategic area near to Pavilion Mall and Bukit Bintang just a couple of minutes walking, the room was small but clean, perfect for a 1 or 2 days solo trip. I recommend this hotel for people who want to explore the night in Bukit Bintang.

Untuk hotelnya: bagus, bersih, ada pantry buat duduk dan teh, gula, kopi disediakan tapi sayangnya pelayanan staf kurang baik. Ada berbedaan informasi. Ketika hendak checkout dikenakan 30 RM karena lewat dari jam check out padahal saya udah udah info saya di rumah sakit dan tinggal ambil tas (titip tas) staf yang satu bilang tidak apa-apa tapi staf yang lain menyuruh saya untuk bayar 30 RM karena saya baru datang jam 4. Bener-bener kecewa dengan pelayanan stafnya. Staf perempuan. Beliau info hanya staf tapi staf lain bilang ternyata dia bos nya. Jam 24.00 hotel tidak dijaga oleh staf, hanya CCTV aja, mereka akan kembali pukul 9 pagi. Hotel juga benar-benar dibuka pintu jam 2 siang. Jadi percuma saja datang pagi.

the place is very clean. and receptionist is very kind. you can get coffee and hot water. if you want to go to Victoria fountain from here, you can use grab car for 6 ringgit

我为家人预订了五张胶囊床，我们一家人住得很愉快，尤其是我的孩子们。酒店非常干净，单人胶囊床非常宽敞，可以容纳一个人，空调很棒，老板娘乔安妮热情地接待了我们。酒店旁边就有十多家不同的奶茶店和许多咖啡馆。总的来说，这是一次很棒的体验。下次去马六甲还会再住这里。

It was a pleasant 1-night stay there with my friends. The bathrooms were clean, the receptionist were friendly and very accommodating as well. Personally, I really love their common space decoration. Highly recommended!
