清洁不彻底。我们一家三口住得很不愉快。

酒店体验包括无边泳池都非常棒......唯一的问题是工作人员（客房清洁人员）一点也不友好......自助餐食物真的很美味，但对于一家四星级酒店来说，种类太少了。

房间闻起来很旧，有点臭，柜台工作人员不友好，回应也很粗鲁。

很棒的地方，花园很漂亮。无边泳池也很棒。这家酒店真的物有所值。

对位置、景色和美丽的游泳池很满意。谢谢你😇

Kamar nyaman dan bersih, sky pool memberikan kesan tersendiri tentang Kuala Lumpur.

Saya pilih Lanai King Ground Floor Rp. 350.000 di lantai G, sepertinya parkiran apartemen dijadikan hotel, kamar tanpa jendela dan masuk lewat parkiran hotel, sialnya saya kehilangan kartu akses kamar dikenakan 30. RM (Rp. 110.000) dan sore ramai rebutan lift dengan penghuni apartemen.

Staf ok hanya saja naik lift nya susah sekali.

Good and strategic. Security 24 hours and so close to everywhere.

Gedung seluas ini cuma punya 2 lift. 2 lift lagi rusak. Tidak akan pernah kembali lagi kesini. Menunggu lift butuh 30 menit. Kamar kotor.

See it yourself the dirty condition of the hotel. Not recommended at all. Just viral vibe only. Lift waiting time is to long to reach your room level. Not recommended 👎👎👎👎👎

Kamar mandi ada kecoak/lipas, Bathtub juga ada kaki kecoak/lipas, bathtub tidak bisa dibuang airnya, karpet kamar bercak dan karpet lorong menuju kamar bercak, staff ramah dan masih stay waktu cek in jam 12 malam, kamar dan kamar mandi luas, pemandangan bagus, suasana luar luar hotel asri.

The front desk people are less friendly and they need to add more people for better customer service, I guess. I had to wait in a long queue for 30 minutes (4 people in line) only to claim my room key and luggage. The room was nice though. Thank you.

Actually the hotel was ok. But the critical part is in the room, so it is under maintenance. Even though the prices are cheaper than others. We feel disappointed. There are 28 pax of us staying at Upperview Regalia. We booked 3 units of 2 bedroom apartment, 1 unit of 1 bedroom apartment & 3 GF rooms. The details as described below; 1. The lighting is too dark in & out the room. 2. Weird smell in the toilet (level 7) 3. Broken floor (level 8) 4. Towels with dirt. 5. No cooking utensils provided in the apartment. 6. Water leaking-air conditioner (level 6, GF) 7. Broken toilet (level 6) 8. No washing machine in 2 units of apartment as described (level 6 & 8) 9. One of the rooms in GF, the doors are easily open thro balcony without using any card. 10. Broken mattress & bed in master bedroom (level 7) 11. Most of the TV ' s are not functioning.

The 2 bedroom apartment is spacious, but it's not modern or new. The air conditioner takes little time to cool. I'm asking for the baggage trolley upon check out. I talked to the girl, she said [she] will send [it]. After half an hour, I spoke to [a] male, and [he] said it's on the way. After 1 hour [I] still did not get it. Poor service. I came down and saw that [the] trolley [was] just beside them. Poor service. Luckily, Miss Ann is there, with good communication skills. She greeted me well, [I] cannot complaint. Plus, you have to add RM20 for the parking as they rented the building.

Pesan hotel dapat apartemen. Ruangnya besar sih tapi lantai gak pakai karpet, padahal minta hotel biar lantainya pake karpet. Kamarnya udah butuh renovasi. TV di ruang tengah gak bisa nyala.

Saya suka menginap di sini karena fasilitasnya yang lengkap, kamar yang luas, dan harga yang affordable.
