Room is nice. Bath towels cleanliness under the expectation. Room cleaning service/refill of toiletries is upon request.

From check-in to check-out, the staff are friendly and very helpful. They nicely explain everything to you. The room is clean.

Friendly staff and overall comfortable stay. Cleanliness can be further improved but nothing bad. The location is good with plenty of eateries within walking distance.

I enjoyed my stay there. The receptionist was helpful. The room was clean, no smell except for the chair. The chair was dirty and berlumut (like the black spots all over it). The bathroom was clean as well.

Room and bathroom were good and clean, except for the sink; it's too small. The water heater in the bathroom was not working, no hot water (room 212). Overall, service was good. The receptionist was helpful and friendly.

Got a discount for a large bed and single bed room, well worth it! There are lots of cafes and restaurants around to choose and there is a 7E nearby too. One worth noting is that there is a lift in the hotel and that is why I choose this hotel since I brought my family. Just for parking have to be a bit lucky especially on the weekend since this place is quite popular for the local to hang around. For parking you can park at the back of the shoplots. All in all, like the place.

Staff was friendly. Deposit needed was RM 100 (can pay via cash or card). Bathroom is small but clean. Bedsheet and pillow case was smelly! 🥴🤢🤮

Hotel yang sangat seesa dengan tema bilik yang tersendiri. Cuma yang kurg cermin makeup. Cermin hanya ada dalam bilik mandi, kalau ada dalam bilik senang nak bersiap. Thanks.

This hotel is perfect for anyone who is just here in Sibu for a one-night stay and also for a short trip. The key factor I choose this hotel is that it has an elevator since I have two small kids with me and their belongings are a lot, so it eases me that I do not have to carry the baggage's up the stairs. The second key factor is that this place is full of foodies! Since I have kids, I always felt that I need all the necessities within my short radius, and this is it. Pappa Rich is here, even my fav drinks too, Tusan! So yeah, the location is really good and convenient and it justifies the price. A bit expensive than the usual hotel.

This accommodation is perfect for family gateways & workcation. Satisfied & very recommended! 👍.
