Good room for group of 3-4 people. Cheap price.

Nice place for the price. Stayed in dorm room with fellow backpackers

Two front desk representatives was disrespectful except for the new hire one.

There were cockroaches! Need some powerful pest control! ASAP!

To be honest the staff in the lobby are easy to approach and all our requests are easily granted. This hotel is totally for back-packers and for a short time stay. The room was pleasant and clean I'm happy to choose this hotel and their security are good the aircon was good too then they are also kind because they turn back the passport of my friend all in all it's an awesome experience.

It’s great but they are not keen in cleaning the room. Our trash bin were already full and there’s no separate room for male and female dorm.

Picture is different from where we stayed. Staffs are not organized. We stayed in their dormitory and occupied a certain bed but when we came back another person is already lying on our occupied bed. How is that? And also they didn’t gave us a key for our room so it is open all the time. Lastly when we are asleep one of their staff came to our room 3 times we don't know what is her purpose. :(

First, they should indicate that the unit is for sharing. Though, it is written that it’s a dormitory, they should still indicate that we expect to have companions. Secondly, the sharers are not considerate as they keep on talking while the light were already off and the rest were already asleep. They set an alarm that keep on snoozing and worst is others woke up on their alarm.

It was cool and the staff are nice
