The room is pretty spacious. I prolong my stay for medication purpose. They asked me if I want to tidy my room. And it 's very easy if I'm looking for food, market, or coffee shop, and MRT station.

Convenient place to stay, room is tidy and clean, staffs are kind and friendly, comfort bed and pillow. Overall it is a recommended hotel to choose if you are looking comfortable room to spend a day or 2 in PJ.

First time I stay in this hotel. Room 102, the interior is simple and the room was clean & tidy with comfort bed/pillow. The washroom also clean and great water pressure. Great services from the hotel team for the accommodating stay at the hotel. Convenient place in PJ, lots of fast food and banks around.

The service attitude is very good. I ask for help in tidying up the room and it is also lined up cleanly. There are many food shops around.

I have booked 2 deluxe King rooms in 1 order but the staff insisted that I have only booked 1 room even after I showed her the receipt. It is not resolved for quite some time and I had to repeatedly tell her that I have booked 2 rooms until her colleague come and help. Poor check in experience. Assigned room 103 and 105. Room 105 is so dirty that I can see chunk of dust and hair on the floor when I first step into the room. The room is dusty. Provided 2 shampoo in the bathroom and no body wash. The hot water system is terrible. Malfunction at the middle of the night and I had to bath in cold shower. It begin functioning in late in the next morning but the water temperature is so diffuclt to adjust that I wasted a lot of time to get the right temperature. Parking is a nightmare during working hours. No next time for me.
