这是一个不错的地方，但是办理入住的时间太晚了，下午 3 点，马来西亚时间是下午 4 点。！！人们从很远的地方来，想休息一下，但提前入住要收取每小时 250 泰铢的费用。

房间干净，服务周到，氛围也很棒。但是，如果你想安静地放松，那就没办法了，因为它就在泳池旁边。从清晨开始就很吵。他们应该把泳池开放时间定得晚一点。不过总的来说，还不错。

住得很愉快……只是有点难找酒店……总体来说很棒！

工作人员提供了优质、快捷的服务。

房间宽敞，空调凉爽，游泳池景色优美，靠近机场。

很大的游泳池，我儿子很喜欢。我去过那里很多次，他从来没有感到无聊。清真食品。

只有一个问题：房间里有很多蚊子。我不知道它是从哪里来的。但其他一切都很好，包括服务、食物和房间。

The cons of this stay are: - No early check-in. I arrived at 12:30 PM. They just processed with check-in; however, I was not allowed to go into my room with the reason that the room was not ready yet. I have two kids. The infant is easily exhausted and wanted to sleep. Even my baby was already cranky, they just watched and wouldn’t let you enter your room. We have to wait exactly 3:00 PM to get our room key. - Staff with limited language. They just understand basic English. It's hard for them to speak English. Some of the staff can speak Malay fluently. Since you are working in the hotel industry, you are supposedly can speak and understand English well. - No extra card/key room. They won’t give an extra card because they don’t want the room to keep on turning on. - No high chair for baby. I was wondering why they don’t have a high chair for baby at the dining hall. So, the baby either needs to sit in the stroller or on their parent’s laps. The pros of this stay: I chose this stay because of the pool, halal foods, and spacious room. The breakfast is decent and just has a few choices only. I stayed for 3 nights, and the menu is just the same. They just change the main courses only. It's 20 minutes to the city and can get a Grab car easily. 7-Eleven is about 11 minutes walk (quite far for a family with a small kid). Has a few halal restaurants around the area. Free airport transfer.

ห้องพักสวยดี แต่โรงแรมควรจัดให้มีพนักงานฝ่าย Technician ช่วงค่ำ หากเกิดเหตุขัดข้อง/ฉุกเฉิน เพราะโทรให้มาดูประตูช่วงสี่ทุ่ม ทางฟร้อนแจ้งว่าไม่มีพนักงานแสตนบาย - ป้ายหน้าโรงแรมควรทำให้เด่น ชัดเจนมากกว่านี้ ขนาดรถแท็กซี่ รถตู้มารับ-ส่งยังมองไม่เห็นโรงแรม - เช็คอินรอนาน ทั้งๆที่ถึงโรงแรมบ่ายสามกว่า - เด็กเยอะ ไม่เหมาะกับคนที่ชอบความสงบ พักผ่อน - อาหารเช้ามีแต่เมนูไก่ๆ ตามราคา - ราคาปกติ ถ้าเทียบกับโรงแรมอื่นในหาดใหญ่ ถือว่าสูงกว่า ควรปรับปรุงการให้บริการ ถ้าจะยึดราคานี้ แต่นี้โชคดีจองช่วง Promotion ของ Traveloka

ทางโรงแรมก็เปิดห้องให้อยู่ในชั้นที่ 2 ซึ่งใกล้จากบันไดทางขึ้นมากๆทั้งๆที่ห้องที่อยู่ใกล้กับบันไดทางขึ้นก็ว่างอยู่เห็นๆแต่กลับไม่เปิดให้เราเข้าพัก แต่กลับเปิดห้องที่อยู่ไกลจากบันไดทางขึ้นมากๆ

ประทับใจมาก ไว้จะมาพักอีก อาหาร สระน้ำ ห้อง ทุกอย่างดีหมด
