The water heater didn't work, the blanket was dirty and had a musty smell like it hadn't been in the laundry but after complaining the housekeeping section changed the blanket and others. In my opinion the price is expensive but not comparable with the quality provided.

It is fun and satisfying to be able to qualitytime almost all day together in a family in a hotel with the available facilities. Only 1 lack, the key to the entrance to the room seemed to be broken so many times the card scan wasn't opened. Room no.134. 🙏🏻

The hotel was very good and the staff are very responsive. It's a bit pricey for that level in Pangkalan Bun.

It was quite pleasant staying 2 nights here despite its shortcomings. The hot shower didn't work, there was no 220V AC plug near the bed and the breakfast was not bad. For a Swiss class bell hotel and the price is quite expensive in its class, please correct this shortcoming.
