在到達日內瓦前遇到一些事....幸好飯店員工很熱心的幫忙，提供我們很多協助，相當感謝。

Room was spotless & spacious. Free bottles of water & chocolate was a nice touch. Close to train station. Only negative is that there is major construction across the street.

This hotel is charming and individual and there were some lovely touches in terms of complimentary items . No coffee making in room but we weee not troubled by that . Breakfasts were good and staff lovely

Great hotel with clean room and very well trained staff.

The hotel incorporates ancient stone and wood structural elements into a modern and comforable hotel room. Ideally located in small neighborhood yet easy walk to the main train station and bus station as well as Lake Geneva highlights. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.

We loved our stay Hotel d'Alleves. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Great location, many restaurants to choose from. Our experience at this hotel was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious.
