Firsty the room we booked were in very baf condition curtains and bedsheets were dirty and torned We changed the rooms to 3 bhk cottage at same price it was better looking and cleaner than family rooms After check in we realised that ac was not functionel and door locks were not working even bathroom door could not be licked from inside , taps were broken and not working properly Also food that we got in room was so cold that butter chapati had frozen butter clearly visible on it even tea was cold Although breakfast had fewer options but it was comparable better In all location of hotel good make is old and goob but maintenance was pathetic Paid 10000 for 1 night for 3bhk cottage but it was not even worth 3000-4000 per night

The Photos you see are old. The actual property is not at all maintained. The Locks don't work, the AC doesn't work, the bathrooms are dirty. Apart from the food and the beds, nothing is good here.

Most disappointed

I did not expect such a substandard hotel after booking on Expedia there were mosquitoes in the roomm the toilet had no water early in the morning piloow covers were dirty breakfast was horrible none of us ate we went to McDonald's for breakfast instead. Never ever shall I stay at this place again

The service was friendly, the room we stayed was good. But they showed 2 ugly room and we pushed and got good room. Located close to city junction. The Hotel doesnt look the same as photos. The building is old, painted newly. I paid Rs.2400/day and hope it worth it.
