Great location. Room is stylish and modern. Everything in the room is clean and tidy. Grab-and-go breakfast is good. Facilities provided are also good. No noise issue for us. The room is pretty quiet. However, there are staircases in the corridor even on the same floor. Have to go down a few steps and then go up a few steps again which makes it not convenient to move the luggage.

Great hotel, friendly staff, let down by a crying baby all night. Not much the staff could do, but they should look where they put couples with young kids to avoid disturbing other guests.

Spotlessly clean, really well presented, very comfortable bed, very quiet to say you are in the middle of Manchester, staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

Great location. Hotel itself was beautiful. The room was lovely, bed was comfy. However the shower was the worst one I’ve ever used. It was a waterfall shower, but everytime you turned the temperature up, there was no pressure. Defeats the point of a waterfall shower. Had to have cold showers. Was put in an accessible room for some reason too, with the red pulley cables, not great when with a young child. Wouldn’t stay again based on the shower.

Really lovely hotel in a very convenient location. Had everything we needed innit amd more. Staff were really friendly and despite it being central, it was really quiet. The only slight downside we had was the frosted glass bathroom door didnt afford alot of privacy but wasnt a huge issue.

Fantastic vibrant area, shopping, restaurants, easy transportation access. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms.

Hotel was good - check in experience & being double charged wasn’t great; don’t let that put you off the hotel is clean and in a good location.

Room wasn’t in the best condition, headboard was peeling, the shower kept flooding and the furniture was dirty. Good location!

Great place to stay. Very close to the AO Arena. Shops all around. Tram outside and buses. Discount at local restaurants when staying at the hotel. Friendly staff. Great facilities.

Excellent accommodation in a great location, a little noisy at times (the cathedral bell ringing is charming for a while but 2 hours later it starts to grate!). The room I had was very nice with everything you need - although no bbc channels on the TV - which is a bit annoying

Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely building. Lovely and clean room, and comfortable bed! Exceeded our expectations.
