Good

To be fair, I chose this hotel because I needed to take a flight at 6:15am and this hotel is very close to the Heathrow Airport. The area is isolated and there is nothing interests to be visited in the nearby area.

A very well run hotel. A bit pricey in the bar and restaurant, but I guess that’s London for you 😕

It was very comfortable and clean we really recommend it 😁. The room had excellent facilities ( microwave, kettle, coffee machine) which helped a lot before a long trip. It was quite expensive

Enjoyed the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Rooms were clean, large shower and plenty of lighting. 1 USB port for charging, will need a UK plug in adapter if from the US. Wonderful staff, convenient shuttle to airport for less then $10 or 7£

Bed was comfy. Staff is very helpful.

Great overall experience, had scheduled electrical outage, but was very accommodating, pleasant helpful, and made it not a big inconvenience.

朝早い便での出発でしたので、最終日に1泊しました。 部屋は広くて綺麗。 ロビー階にレストランやバーもあり、とても便利。スタッフの方が英語がネイティブの国の方ではなく、英語が聞き取りにくかった。でも親切でした。 数年前からホテルから空港へのバスが有料になったので、Uberでタクシーを呼んで空港へ行きました。

Fold out bed was very uncomfortable, was covered with a single sheet that kept coming off during the night. Thermostat said it was much colder than it was, so was unable to make it colder. This made it too hot that night.

Close to airport and and inexpensive compared to hotels in London, ideal for someone who only needs to see a few sights outside of London, such as Windsor or Oxford etc.
