The staff was very friendly, the location is so strategic because it's near the train station, bus stop, and even a convenience store!

Lokasi strategis, persis di seberang Hotel Hilton Garden Inn. Mau ke Kiyomizudera, Gion ataupun Shijo dori, tinggal jalan. Ukuran kamar cukup luas untuk ukuran kamar hotel di Jepang. Fasilitas public bath tersedia bagi para tamu. Dekat dengan stasiun subway Gojo. Hanya 1 stopan dari Kyoto stasiun.

Great location, great service, decent size room. Nothing to complain. Need to improve, breakfast variety, although the taste is good, but most of the days, the varieties are the same.

The hotel is perfect. Location wise (2 mins walk from Gojo Subway Station), decent room size, excellent service, good breakfast. However, for breakfast selection, it is quite the same for the 3-night stay, so it might be a bit boring if you stay for several days in this hotel. The others are superb.

This hotel was superb, location wise just 2 minutes walk from Gojo Station, and 1 station away from Kyoto station. Room size was pretty big compared the the normally small sized Japanese hotel rooms. Service was also superior. Breakfrat was good but the menu was the same from day to day.

Location & room is OK, but no info for room with shower has no view and no mineral water as compliment.

Clean hotel and good locations! And they also have onsen and coin laundry for hotel guest.

Still the best hotel in Kyoto, I've been traveling in Japan 3 times, and stayed at this hotel twice, compare to so many other hotel with the same 3 stars hotel. Keio prelia always be the best hotel for me. I will tell you why. So the room very very nice, its really comfortable and of course clean, I usually have an allergic to dust, only in this hotel I don't sneeze every morning, so I realize how clean the room was, and usually 3 stars hotel in japan didn't do service to take your luggage to your room but I sent luggage to the hotel from Tokyo and after they received, they immediately put my luggage into my room. And talk about the hotel facilities, they have a hot bath and it separated between man and woman. A really nice facility after a long day walked exploring the city. There are many family mart and restaurant nearby the hotel.

Hotel is good and clean. The bed and pillow are comfortable. Location are quite OK, 10 min walk to closes Subway st., will need to use bus most of the time though. Location not as good as around kyoto station area (where all the bus and trains are), but alright nonetheless Overall, a very nice hotel
