The hotel is undergoing some minor renovations and they arrange guests to stay there. Is so disappointing. Walk out of the room and saw the painter paint the wall just right next to your room. 🤦

Easy access from KLIA. They provided free shuttle (based on schedule) but need to reserved first via email. Order mi goreng mamak for in dining and it was delicious with large portion. A lot of nice spot for ootd and capture the moments 😆 will always repeat this hotel ⭐.

Tersedia shuttle bus, tetapi harus reservasi terlebih dahulu. Cocok untuk yang mau transit di KLIA. Hotel agak berbau lembap, kamar kurang dingin.

The condition of the room is worse than a budget hotel. Broken hook and rack. The tap of one of the basin was lose. There were toothpaste stain in one of the basin. Hair dryer not hot. There was needle on the floor and Indian scent from the closet. Disappointed with such poor management. Come on we pay to stay not for free.

Beautiful architecture, landscaping, and design, probably the best of any hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooftop pool is fantastic, and the rooms are quiet and spacious. I ordered some lamb via room service and it was delicious, and the breakfast the next day had a ton of options and was also generally great. Some minor downsides. For some reason I called reception and they insisted they could not tell when my flight would arrive based on the flight number, or organize a taxi for me if I didn't want to wait for the shuttle. I know its pretty easy to do both of those things, so I'm not sure why they were pretending they couldn't. The fitness center has a gorgeous view but is pretty sparse in terms of equipment. Lastly, the hotel doesn't stock alcohol which is fine but they really should disclose this more prominently. That said, this place was overall great and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
