1st, it lacks of staff that can assist and help you to your room, as a guest you need to give them their comfort and guide them to their respective rooms. 2nd, There is somebody who tried to sneak in my room and encoded the passcode many times the alarm was triggered but no staff came to check up on me and why the alarm was triggered. It was 2:45 am when it happened. In short your place is not safe to be stayed at because it seems that you have no care for your guest. Next time that you give someone the passcode of a particular room you need to ask for some informations that the person who asks for a passcode is the one who made a booking in that room.
