Bed lamp, ceiling lamps not function, very bad bed lighting. Not hot water in shower. The furniture not in follow orders, messy and dirty.

The room that given to us different size with the room that we booked. The air conditioner dropped waters. There are no water drink.

All the staff are not kind. Never smile or humble. They just put angry face.

Ketika saya reservasi pihak hotel mengatakan kalau sudah tidak tersedia kamar. Tengap tidak menginap masikan ke pihak hotel. Akhirnya saya cari hotel lain yang harganya jauh lebih mahal. Dan saya mengalami kerugian yang besar.

The worst hotel I had been. Reception not friendly. Room so smelly. Bed dirty.

Room is nice and the staff are friendly, location also strategic not too far from public places.

Tidak sesuai eskpektasi, hotelnya bau, kita menginap 3 hari cuma dapat handuk 1, tidak ada toilettris, tidak ada keset, jadi setiap habus kluar toilet banjir, remote rusak, dan ketika gue mintak make up room paginya, dan gue balik hotel lagi pas malam eh gataunya tidak di make up room, parah lah tidak recommended banget ini hotel..

Seperti review lainnya, check-in termasuk lama. Lokasi strategis, dekat kemana-mana. Toilets set tidak disiapkan sebagaimana yang tertulis, handuk harus minta. Sarapan sangat buruk, harus ditanyain betul-betul, janji jam 9 pagi, tapi kenyataannya lewat jauh. Cukup mengecewakan
