Untuk hotel bintang 5 oke-oke aja sih gak yang wow. Hal yang paling kurang sih menurut saya penerangan, baik di kamar maupun sepanjang jalan lorong gitu agak gelap, bahkan beberapa lorong enggak ada lampu sama sekali, jadi kalau lagi malam gelap banget. Check in line-nya kurang jelas jadi sempat diserobot orang lain yang baru datang padahal saya sudah tunggu sekitar 10 menit. Handuk yang dipinjamin di area kolam renang bau apek, harusnya mereka bisa lebih perhatiin lagi ya. Selebihnya oke aja sih.

This hotel has never failed me. I have been to Mulia Bali a few times since it first opened. This time I went to Mulia after being disappointed with another hotel. Even after 10 years plus, this hotel still has its charm. The bedroom is spacious, the bathroom also luxurious and spacious. I even got a welcome macaroons from the staff said, "welcome back". Thank you Mulia for uplifting back my holiday mood after a bad experience from another hotel.

This is the worst 5 stars hotel I've ever experienced. Their service sucks. We were staying in The Mulia and nobody informed us during check in that they have 3 interconnected properties and that guests were not allowed to enjoy certain facilities or eat in certain restaurants. We went to one of the cafes that served high tea by the pool. We were told that we were not allowed to sit there or eat at the restaurant, and the staff proceeded to kick us out. The waiter said that that place is only for guests from Mulia Villa, which was different from the Mulia property that we were staying at? I mean who cares that you have 3 different properties? All 3 properties were connected to each other and there was not a single sign indicating where we were. How will you guests ever that know which facility belongs to which property? As they were kicking us out, we asked the staff where by the pool were we allowed to sit. 45 minutes later another waiter came and said that the area for reservation only? What! I mean we paid to stay here and they are kicking us out from their facilities! In addition, the staff were rude, very unhelpful, and gave us the wrong information! This is incredibly upsetting. If that place is for reservation only please just write it there on the table, or inform us during check in, so your guest will know what to do. Not just let them wander around the hotel and later informing them that they were not allowed to be there. Such a bad service. I will never come back to this place ever!

This hotel is perfect for a family getaway or honeymoon. It boasts several pools and restaurants with nightly entertainment. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and spoke very good English. The buffet breakfast was very extravagant with dishes to suit any palate. Would highly recommend you include this in your stay at the Mulia. The resort itself is immaculate and I could not fault it one bit. If I visit Bali again, I will definitely stay at the Mulia.

Setiap ke Bali pasti memilih Mulia Resort jadi akomodasi utama kami dan keluarga, staff lobby ramah seperti Mbak Mita, Irene dan tim lainnya, serta staff di lapangan seperti Alfik, Prasetya dan Dharma yang sangat helpful. Pokoknya gak bisa pindah ke lain hati.

Saya pesankan kamar untuk mama saya. Kita pesan 2 kamar. 1. Mama saya baru check in jam 11 malam dan ternyata harus nunggu 1.5 jam karena kamarnya belum ready. 2. Harus deposit 5 jt. Pas check out mesin gesek ga bisa error. Jadi harus nunggu proses 7-14 hari kerja. Lalu kita complain ke reception permasalahan tersebut dan mereka bilang kenapa complain ke saya? Bad service banget. Semoga bisa ditingkatkan lagi pelayanannya ya.
