Front desk employee not friendly at all.

Lif rosak, bilik bau lipas, tangga kotor, atap bocor sampai banjir

The room are all fully booked when we arrive. We have to look for another place.

The price is so affordable ✨. Unfortunately, the room's condition is too bad.• filthy toilet. I hope the hotel's staff will make sure it clean and comfort for their customers 🔥

Selimut berbau..bantal pun ada smell something..x pasti basuh ke x..tv plak ada satu channel je rtm1..kalau off tv..lgsung xleh on dah..1st and last check in sini..

The staff so friendly. Walaupun bilik kecil tapi memuaskan jugalah.

Staff ok. Cuma saya book standart room. Tapi bila nak check in staff kata dah full diorg minta saya tambah duit untuk bilik besar, yang lain semua ok. Nice.

Overall is okay.. but there was a used soap in the toilet and should provide double pillow

The problem is the parking because I already asked about parking coupon at the staff hotel, they say it ok just park near hotel but went I check out I get saman parking.

Perkhidmatan tidak memuaskan. Air conditioning unit di bilik kami tidak berfungsi (rosak) dan setelah memaklumkan pada pihak 'reception', tidak ada apa-apa tindakan diambil. Kami juga tidak diberikan bilik lain sebagai ganti. Terpaksa tidur dalam keadaan yang tidak selesa. Bilik kami hanya diberikan pertukaran pada malam kedua dan ketiga penginapan kami. Layanan dari pihak reception juga sangat menakutkan. Tiada mesra pelanggan langsung. Kami tidak akan syorkan pada kawan-kawan kami.

Had problem during check in. Seems like my name is not registered. Did called travel agent helpline.They did a good job for helping me out. In order to check in I have to make another cash payment which can be refunded upon my booking validation the following day which they did refund.

Tak seronok, facilities tak memuaskan, staff tidak mesra pelanggan.
