没有电视频道，房间不太干净，入住时大厅的空调很热，空调不够冷

工作人员因为我的儿子给我们升级了房间。他们太贴心了。

工作人员不会24小时待命。

Receptionist sangat ramah, staff lainnya pun sangat ramah, always back to this hotel when I am going to Kuala Lumpur.

The hotel room is perfect and clean but I have to remind the hotel to do housekeeping for several days as they need to refill the drinking water. At the end, they can continuously doing it properly therefore I rated 3 star.

The staff is not friendly and welcoming, a bit ignorant. No phone in the room, so you must go down to the reception table if you need anything. But there are some good things, the 7-Eleven and Starbucks are in the same building. Also if you wanna order GrabFood, they allow the drivers to deliver your food till your room doors. They claim it as a 4 star hotel, but for me, it feels like a 2 star.

This place is very very underwhelming. Not the worst, but not the best hotel. The photos are way higher quality than the actual place that ' s quite run down. The lobby is dark, not air conditioned. Elevators and carpets were dirty. The room smelled a bit funny.

Receiptionist peramah dan membantu. Dapat discount for Starbucks bila stay hotel ni. Bilik yang sangat selesa. Ada bathrobe yang cantik dan selesa. View Damansara waktu malam, nice. Pilihan coffee/tea percuma yang banyak. Ada mini refrigerator. Bilik air yang luas dan selesa. Parking kena bayar, kira by hourly, boleh guna touch n go @ card. Better call hotel dulu untuk tahu lokasi parking terdekat dengan lift ke hotel (if you are first time sebab a bit confusing). Parking area sangat sunyi, a bit scary if you are alone waktu malam. Just be careful, so far selamat lagi. Receiptionist bukan 24 jam. Lokasi hotel adalah strategik. Overall nice experience walau saya stay sekejap sahaja (less than 9 hours)

我在这里住得很愉快。入住和退房都很顺利。他们甚至把我们的房间升级到了小型套房。房间和卫生间都很干净。非常适合家庭入住。离餐馆和商场都很近。唯一让我恼火的是热水太烫。除此之外，住宿体验非常棒。
