热水器很差劲。房间一点都不舒服

地理位置不错，靠近金伯利街和珠烈街，那里有很多美食。靠近槟城标志性的乔治城区。可惜的是，电视节目都是本地节目。WiFi信号不好，热水也很难用。而且晚上有点吵，因为靠近美食广场，那里有现场音乐和唱歌。

Easy access to reach all destination.

Will not stay there again. The towels are not clean, not enough tables and chairs; Telephone in room not working. Unless they upgrade I will not visit the hotel again. The only good thing is that it is convenient to get a Grab taxi and near to Penang Road the commercial hub of Penang.

The room had a bad odor smell up until I have to request to changed room. There is no kettle inside the room except outside of the room hotel provided LG water filter. Lucky me I just need to stay 1 night in that hotel. Furthermore the receptionist staff is the foreigner therefore the pronunciations is quiet bad to understand and communicate.

Hari pertama wifi rusak, sudah dibenerin berkali-kali tetep error alasannya cuaca buruk. Hari kedua minta rubah kamar, dapetnya jadi lebih kecil dan kotor. Sangat-sangat tidak rekomen lah.

Tak ada wifi, tak ada air panas.

Room was not ready upon arrival albeit booking was made 1 week earlier. Everything was not up to standard except the location and attentive staff despite manpower shortage: kettle, iron, TV remote not available, TV not working, poor sink drainage, poor water circulation from the water heater, extra towel not available. Room however was pleasant & neat. Major improvement and maintenance needs to be done. Kudos to the staff for being pleasant all the way despite having to deal with many shortcomings.

Bilik bersih. Kolam bersih. Layanan staff memuaskan.

Pelayanan reseption masih Ok, kamar kurang bersih lampu kamar mandi lampu mati satu, hari ke dua tidak ada cleaning room, hanya dikasih handuk saja.

Good but the iron board and iron they didn't send to room, but use at 19th floor.

Keadaan bilik yang tidak memuaskan. Bau yang tidak selesa, penyaman udara tidak sejuk dan layanan staff yang kurang mesra

Very limited parking need to park outside. Slow at counter during check in. Simple breakfast. But the room is clean.

Hotel yang strategik dan senang untuk cari tempat makan...bersih..cuma park agak sempit but overall semua ok..

Very bad services. My room was not cleanup on the first day I am staying there. The receptionist service at night very bad. The shower and kettle were broken. They did not have many variety of tv channels. My room cannot be opened once. The very worst thing that I couldn't accept were very bad service overall

the services is bad. kettle and shower in hotel room not function. very bad arrangement on breakfast. till 3.30 pm my room still was not make up on the first day

Keadaan karpet kurang bersih, dari segi kemudahan bilik semuanya baik dan lengkap.

Staf hotel baik. Banyak beri info. Bilik selesa. Dekat dengan attraction dan kedai makan.
