The service here is very disappointing, starting from the complicated check-in, on the first day we had breakfast and asked for hot water but it was not served, there was no handicap in the bathroom, no response when we called via the room phone, we asked to go to the lobby and then they sent us a bath towel, on the second day because we checked out at 5.15 am and ordered breakfast to take away, there was no one at the reception until 5.30 am, hopefully in the future the human resources will be improved, it is very unfortunate for a hotel management like Sahid
