The standard has deteriorated significantly in recent months. The reception staff stand out positively, but everything else is now below average. The preparation of the rooms, the cleanliness of the corridors, the friendliness of the staff—everything leaves something to be desired. This is also evident at breakfast. It is no longer recommendable. There are numerous cafés in the area where you can have a better breakfast. I will probably have to find another place to stay for my visits to Katowice.

Really good hotel in the city center of KTW. It’s easy to arrive with public transportation & you can walk in the city easily. The staff could be better, really quiet during check-in (no information about breakfast times, check-out time or something else).

Hotel muy céntrico. Al lado de la estación. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Desayuno excelente.

Frühstücksbuffet war immer das Gleiche, Klimaanlage konnte nicht repariert werden. Wenigstens das Fenster konnte man einen Spalt öffnen. Es wurde in 11 Tagen nicht ein einziges Mal das Zimmer gesaugt. Jedenfalls wenn man den Fusseln auf dem Teppich glauben schenken darf. Schönes Hotel mit Top Lage, aber noch viel Luft nach oben.

Incredible value for money. Clean comfortable room,great shower. Good breakfast, althoughpossibly a bit expensive guven how cheap the room was!

Probleme mit der air-condition, vielleicht auch ein Bedienungsfehler. Sehr geräumig, sauber und Badezimmer sehr gut. Großer Bildschirm mit smart TV und einigen dt. Sendern.

Loved that it was so close to the mall and a market place. Staff was limited, but helpful.

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um die stadr zu erkunden ,nah an stadtmitte aber dennoch sehr ruhig

Only thing i didnt like is you have to pay for every extra. There is no parking and it is pretty expensive to use the underground parking. Breakfasts were really good but again costs like 12 US dollars per day for the breakfast but you get a lof of food. Staff were great and room was quiet. But mattresses were like 4 inches thick kinda felt like sleeping on the plywood and not a mattress.

Hemos pasado solo una noche,muy centrico y zona bastanse segura,cerca del transporte publico. Camas muy comodas,buen desayuno y buena limpieza.
