the staff cant speak english, there is always puddle of water in the shower floor. Overall the room is big and clean

Kamar bersih dan fasilitas oke. Dekat banget dengan pratunam, tgl jalan kaki 5 menit. Depannya ada money changer dengan rate yang lumayan tinggi daripada bank, cuma kalau naik grab, grabnya selalu salah cari lokasi. Pokoknya puas pake banget.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in early. The room is big and clean. They provide shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, comb, shower cap. It is a comfortable place to stay when you are in Bangkok. Near to pratunam market. Seven Eleven is just around. There are so many massage shop around. Nice stay! Definitely will be back.

kamar luas untuk keluarga,dekat dgn platinum mall,banyak bgt thai massage jd plg jalan2 bisa di massage dpn hotel.Hanya lokasi hotel agak sulit di temukan krna masuk ke area resto,dan pintu kmrn mandi tdk bisa di kunci..

我们一家人入住的是家庭房，老公和孩子对酒店的一切都很满意：房间宽敞，干净，房间美观，工作人员友好热情，去BTS、Big C、Central World、Platinum Mall都很方便，总之，很棒。

Nhà vệ sinh có mùi, đọng nước. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, phòng đẹp

Menyenangkan dan dekat kemana saja. Ada timbangan bagasi jadi memudahkan untuk belanja supaya tidak over bagasi. Hotel ini satu gedung sama marwin villa. Lantai 1 restoran siam best hotel dan arena bermain anak. Lantai 2 siam best hotel loby dan area kamar+gym. Lantai 3 dan 4 marwin villa hotel, overall good, kecuali tvnya yang susah distel.

Hotel only have 1 key card. Despite having a family of 4. Hotel condition is fine.

All the stuff are rude, very disappointing.

Lokasi strategis, jalan kaki bentar udah nyampe Platinum Mall. Kamarnya besar banget. Shower kamar mandi airnya tidak kencang jadi lama buat Shampo-an. Tapi poin plus hotel ini ada timbangan buat koper dan belanjaan jadi bisa dikira kira supaya nggak over bagasi.

พนักงานต่างชาติพูดจาแย่มาก ให้ไปเช็คห้องแต่ไปตีลังกาบนเตียงนอนทั้งที่ใส่รองเท้า ห้องน้ำสกปรกไม่มีการทำความสะอาด เหม็นอับ

สกปรกมาก ห้องน้ำไม่ทความสะอาด แต่ที่นอนนุ่มสบาย ทีวีดูได้แค่ยูทูปไม่มีช่องธรรมดา

Lokasi sangat strategis, namun di kamar yang kami tempati selama seminggu, 2 kali menemukan kecoa kecil di kamar. Kami pesan dengan paket breakfast, tapi selama menginap menu breakfastnya selalu sama, tidak ada perubahan.

cocok buat traveler yg budgetnya pas pasan 😂

Mình đi 3 mẹ con nên đặt phòng 1 giường lớn + kê thêm 1 giường phụ. Giường lớn rất là thoải mái luôn, còn giường phụ là sofa nên hơi cứng :( Phòng rộng rãi, tiện nghi đầy đủ, nhà vệ sinh bao rộng. Khách sạn nằm ở tầng 2, khuất sau khu nhà hàng buffe... Lần đầu tới phải thuê tuktuk kiếm đường mệt nghỉ ... Có ăn sáng cũng rất ok tuy các món không phong phú lắm

This hotel has greatly ambience and besttt option to your stay for holiday in Bangkok. Nearest to Pratunam Market and etc. The interior is newly build and has very wide room. I’d stay for 2 nights here

We had a pleasant stay because of the very accommodating staff who even helped us book taxis around Bangkok. Facilities of the hotel are all excellent and seemed new. Hotel location is just walking distance to Platinum Mall, near Wat Pho, Grand Palace, Train Night Market, Four Face Buddha and a Thai Massage place outside the hotel. Would definitely stay here again on our next Bangkok trip. Highly recommend!
