1号房间有烟味，景色还行，但是设施不够，因为不能游泳

Proses check in terlalu lama, kondisi kamar sudah sangat lama dan kurang terawat.

Puas sekali menginap di sini, hotelnya bersih dan nyaman, AC dingin, disediakan wifi, lengkap peralatan mandi, disediakan peralatan makan, lokasi strategis, harga bintang 3 dengan kualitas hotel bintang 4.

1. harusnya foto di sesuaikan dengan kamar yang di dapat. 2. banyak serangga seperti tomcat 3. piring dan panci kotor berminyak 4. aqua selalu sedikiiit tidak cukup untuk minum lebbih dr 3 kali (saya menginap sering di sini dan galon selalu kosong) 5. sprei ngeres tambahan: horror... bbrp kali digangguin, pdhl di laci ada alquran jg hhhhh dahlah 🤣

Sebenarnya lokasi sangat strategis, tapi interior kamar tidak sama dengan foto yang ditawarkan di Situs Traveloka, Lokasi di belakang mal sehingga harus bayar tarif parkir normal, tidak ada free parking. Bagusnya pemilik unit kooperarif dan respon cepat mengatasi keluhan penyewa.

Kamar mandi ada kecoa, TV kabelnya tidak ada, spreinya harap diganti karena sudah ngeres.

Strengths: 1. The owner was really helpful. They managed to accommodate my request for early check in and late checkout. 2. I could find everything listed in facilities list: massage chair, water dispenser, cooking tools, powerful wifi signal, cable tv, etc. All of them can be used. 3. The surroundings were really quiet and that was what I was looking for. Almost no disturbing noises. Also, it is really near a mall, so I could find anything within walking distance. Weakness: 1. Sometimes I could smell odor from outside, like food smell and cigarettes smoke even though I closed my door. Not sure if it was a common thing to happen when living in apartment or not. But I felt uncomfortable. 2. I could find dusts in some spots, like where the wifi router placed and the corner of dish washing basin. Seemed like the cleaning process was not thoroughly done. That was make me wonder whether the sheets were changed from previous tenant. Maybe because currently we were in pandemic condition, little dust really triggered me to feel unhygienic. 3. The basin in bathroom kept leaking water from under. Overall, the place was worthed.

Pemilik dan staffnya sangat kooperatif, segala pertanyanyaan dan keluhan cepat direspon, mantap.

Host kooperatif dan cepat respon, bersih, AC dingin, tersedia air mineral galon, handuk, sabun sampo, teh kopi gratis. Yang pasti dekat dengan damal. Will back soon.

Recommended banget apartnya wangi bersih.

Sangat komplit ya fasilitasnya ada kompor dan alat masak, TV cable, dan wifi nya juga kenceng. Lucunya ada kursi pijatnya, kamar tidur dan kamar mandinya bersih, rapi, wangi. Recommended banget
