Be careful if going there. Dirty.. Small room, toilet broken, them only think about money whiteout good service. You can't find that's hotel, because no show hotel name, no soap, no towel, ac not cold

Di Hongkong, jika anda backpacker low budget, hampir semua kamar di chunkin mansion TST sama levelnya. Tapi menginap di Kamal Traveler yang merupakan bagian dari toronto grup adalah sebuah pengalaman yang menyenangkan. Saya memesan lewat aplikasi dan sesampainya di tujuan sama sekali tidak ada kendala. Jika kamu aware, suda disediakan informasi di pintu resepsionis. Jika kamu check-in malam hari, silahkan dial namar yang disediakan di pintu resepsionis di lantai 5. Gunakan lift sebelah kanan. Lift kiri untuk lantai genap. Jika kamu check in pagi atau sebelum malam, masih ada reception, silahkan tekan bel. Kami memesan kamar family room dengan 1 double bed dan 1 single yang cukup untuk ukuran asia. If you are western size, I would suggest you order twice your need. Example you travel alone, I suggest you order twin room or family room. It will still fit western budget anyway. Kamarnya bersih, dan free of charge untuk cleaning dan tidy up. Tersedia toiletries dan air panas. Internet TV juga bisa digunakan. In fact, I was helping them to set it on at the room I stayed 😁 Reception also very helpful and friendly. If you plan to visit Hongkong, I would recommend you to stay at Kamal Traveller. Photo I took were after we slept on it, of course we mess it up. But when I first come in, its very clean and tidy.

This is the most unbelievable experience, I just kicked out from the receptionist floor, because the keeper want to sleep !!! Yes I have late check in but he don't give me any solutions at all!! At the end I just lost my bed!

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at the place. Even though my flight was delayed and I had to check-in late, it went smooth and easy. Also, everyone is very much accomodating for queries and concerns and even helped us get tickets for some of the tours in HK. Overall, it was great and the place has good value for money.

The best USD 120 I have ever spent. The elevators did not have double line queue, the rooms are really big and clean without any excrement inside the toilet bowl. The toilet paper was properly stocked. The hot water worked perfectly like a dream. the whole place did not smell like armpits after a week of no showering. it was like super wow, oh and it was also very cheap!!!! and was super clean I had temptation to lick the floor. wow... the end.

the room quite small than we expected but clean.. wifi is super.. the aircon and heater are well function.. the staff was very kind and helpful.. they provide microwave and hot water.

Kamar sangat kecil, kamar mandi cukup satu orang berdiri. jadi kalau bawa anak kecil yang perlu dimandikan akan mengalami kesulitan. Tempat sukar ditemukan dan lift harus antri rata rata sekitar 10 menit kadang lebih. Tempat relatif kotor.

lokasi hostel tidak aman, cenderung banyak kriminal berkeliaran. Ketika sesampainya di hostel, kamar double terasa sangat sempit dan pengap, tidak ada ventilasi dan jendela. Saya terpaksa menukarnya dengan kamar 2 single bed, karena saya tidak terima ruangannya tidak sesuai dengan di gambar. Pihak hotel memeras saya dengan meminta tambahan 100 HKD beserta uang jaminan kunci yang menurut saya absurd, padahal bukan bintang 5.

They sell my room to the other then give me very dirty boarding house to me, with broken toilet lock door , no light no lamp.

Pelayanan baik, tapi ruangan terlalu sempit dan banyak bocor2 dilangit2 khususnya km no 504, secara umum sih ruangan dan kamar mandi bersih sekali, ac dingin sekali resepsionis ramah, wifi timbul tenggelam.
