Renovations going on so the hotel is OK. It’s just a little older hotel but overall, I will give them GOOD.

スタンダードルーム1名利用。ホテルメインビル向かいの別館1番奥の1階の部屋でした。テラスは向いも隣も建設工事。工事現場ビュー、なんと隣の部屋まで改装中で驚きました。早朝から騒音です。シャワーの水圧は非常に悪く、またお湯がでるまでかなりの時間がかかります。ボディーソープははじめから空っぽ。空港送迎リクエスト変更についてメールを送っていましたがホテル到着後に今メールをみましたと言われました。またチェックアウト時は明細の確認を忘れないで下さい。私の場合は他のルームの朝食がチャージされていました。

Although we arrived late, everything was ready at the front desk, and we were warmly welcomed after hours by the night security. Our stay was smooth and without any issues. The staff were courteous, respectful, and always friendly. The manager even checked in on us personally, which made us feel really valued. We were traveling with a physically challenged adult and had no trouble getting around with a wheelchair, even though some minor renovations were taking place. All in all, a very comfortable and welcoming family stay. We would certainly recommend this hotel.

Hotel room was dirty, outdated, and the bathroom smelled like rotten fish. We only stayed one night but couldn’t wait to be out of there.

I'm not familiar with the area, first tine to the country. I was comfortable enough to stay at the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay, hotel staff was helpful in accommodating our requests for a change in room due to construction outside the door of first room. We did request a coffee maker for room first night but they must have forgotten as we never received one, we ended up going out for coffee and breakfast each day. Would definitely stay here again.

The safe was very friendly. I only went to the restaurant twice but the food really good especially their popular fish cakes. It's close to the parties and a the beaxhes plus it was a good location to the Cropover festivities. My only complaint was my room. Toilet, tap and shower needed fixing. I actually had to access the toilet tank to flush it. The a shower left water all over the floor. I had requested it to be fixed but it never happened.

Room interior decor quite dated, also not very clean( other person’s hair found on bed sheets), noise and other people speaking can be heard from adjacent room.

The hotel is a 2 stars hotel in American standards. Room, bathroom and shower are very outdated. Our AC leaked all night and didn’t cool the room sufficiently. The hotel’s location is good as it is by restaurants and bars and served our purpose of spending the night and checking into Sandals the next morning.

Loved the room, really friendly reception staff, beautiful beach on the South Coast. Disappointed in the meal in the restaurant.

The guest was amazing and very accommodating, hotel was clean food was good only problem was I cldnt walk to the beach, I will definitely stay again
