有位名叫hansa的reception服務人員沒有想要幫忙解決問題，問任何有關前往鹿島的資訊都說no，要我們自己前往位於酒店內的boathouse問資訊及價錢，但其實是有free shuttle的服務。不向我們解釋給我們的資訊只有no。其他服務人員都很幫忙解決問題，除了她。

Overall is OK, but no stand up paddle.

Quite close to the beautiful beach and the best part of it is the gorgeous sunset.Renting a car is highly suggested for better transportation.

I would rate the hotel a 7 over 10 because the Wifi is pretty poor. The staff were welcoming and very pleasant. The food options was also great, nice atmosphere and wonderful view.

Bel hôtel, plage et piscine très agréables, buffet varié et délicieux. Personnel très gentil. Aurait besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement dans les chambres qui sont par ailleurs très spacieuses. Hôtel un peu éloigné mais ce n'est pas un problème si vous avez une voiture.

Very nice hotel

Très beaux extérieurs: magnifique piscine, très jolie plage. L'intérieur peut parfois être un peu plus vieillot parfois, et notre chambre n'était vraiment pas très grande. Personnel toujours charmant, on s'y sent bien. C'est moins guindé que dans certains hôtels. Par contre, c'est assez isolé. C'est parfait si vous restez à l'hôtel, plus difficile d'accès si vous voulez vadrouiller en voiture. On a apprécié la proximité des locaux, ce qui nous a changé des plages réservées aux touristes de l'hôtel précédent.

On a passé un beau séjour à Laguna Beach. Atmosphère très décontracté et relaxé. Équipe accueillant, souriant, et désireux d'aider. J'y reviendrais.

O atendimento era ruim, a comida não era muito boa e as atendentes do restaurante implicavam com a gente, não nos deixavam a vontade.

Great food, clean area, nice pool and beach, great transport service but most of all - fantastic staff! Will definitely be visiting this hotel again.

There was repair/construction work being done during core hours while we were there to relax. Stray cats and dogs were wandering around the property. Limited option for typical Mauritian food.

Not the biggest choice in food and drinks but good quality. Nice pool and beautiful surroundings!
