Nice view

Jemma was the best housekeeper.

The room they gave us was very far from the elevator. You have water in that bathroom very little pressure. Breakfast was okay. The hotel facilities are old (physical key to enter the room--no card).

The hotel is good. Area is closed to a restaurants and shops. In general acceptable old clean place to stay.

Dated hotel, uncomfortable bedding, feels like time travel to the 80s, staff not the friendliest. Location is okay but 10-15 min walk to everything. Safe didn’t work, shower takes about 5 min to get hot and AC wasnt strong.

Metropol hotel is very nice the viewing of the window is amazing. the staff are very good and helpful.

Accueil excellent, le personnel très serviable et très sympathique, l’ensemble du personnel (femmes de ménage, personnes à l’accueil) tout au top!

Bra hotell. Eldre stil. God seng. Bra renhold på bad. Bra trådløst Wifi. Beliggenhet er bra, men en må gå et stykke for å komme til "sentrum". Kort avstand til noen gode spisesteder. Personalet veldig bra. Gode i engelsk. Hjelper deg enkelt med taxi til flyplassen. Hotellet har badebasseng og badstue. De tilbyr morgenkåper og tøfler. Egen vert i bassengområdet som gir deg ekstra håndklær. Frokost på hotellet ble ikke forsøkt.

Ottima struttura dove soggiornare a Yerevan. Camere spaziose e ben pulite. Bella la piscina e anche la sauna, anche se la temperatura dell' acqua era un po' bassa per il mio gradimento. Unica pecca che trovo e che le stanze (o almeno la nostra) non erano ben insonorizzate e di mattina si sentivano molto forti i bambini che giocavano nell' cortile della scuola situata dietro l'hotel. Over all un ottima scelta. Ci tornerei molto volentieri.

Es war sehr schöne Aufenthalt. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Great stay

The hotel is very appealing: friendly staff, quick check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. They don't provide a coffee maker and coffee/tea, but kettle and bottles of water only. There is a fridge in the room. I would suggest to put some water into the fridge. The hotel is not close to city center, but the distance is walkable, however we took a cab to get close to Cascade. Overall, the hotel is very valuable for the price.
