地理位置便利，距离巴士站仅几步之遥。房间设施齐全，工作人员也非常友好。

我一直住在这家酒店，我丈夫一直在诺维娜专科诊所接受治疗。所以对我们来说非常方便。酒店周围有很多美食。酒店旁边就有一家越南小餐馆，拐角处就是马里士他肉骨茶，街对面就是黄埔小贩中心。太棒了。不仅如此，酒店非常干净。每个房间都有一个小厨房，我可以为我丈夫做饭。

酒店工作人员很友好，靠近公交车站，就在市中心，所以周围没有很多餐饮场所等。 然而，乘坐巴士只需 15-30 分钟即可到达所有地区。

Strategis dan bersih, aman, dekat kemana-mana.

It is a nice hotel/serviced apartment except checking out is disaster. It is close to a big food court and fairprice is within walking distance. The room has a nice stove, cooking equipments, a microwave and a big fridge. My kids also love the pool and the playground. However, checking out is a nightmare if you try to check out early in the morning (4 am in my case). I went to the reception office with my luggage at 4 am and it was locked with noone inside. Because I was in a hurry, I decided to just leave the hotel for the airport. However just for courtesy I called the hotel with my cellphone on my way to the airport. I was asked to return the key to the 1st floor (I was confused in the 1st place because there was nobody in the 1st floor). I then asked the taxi to turn around half way on my trip to the airport. A staff waited for me outside the 1st floor to collect the key from me. This is just a bizarre, expensive and stressful checking out experience all around which ruin my schedule.

Citadine balestier room is exactly like in the pictures. All the equipment are new and working well. The bed and pillow are very comfortable, the rainshower is nice, the shampoo, conditioner and bath soap provided. Hair dryer is of good quality. Kitchen provided with 3 different pot and pans of good quality. Sink, and dishwasher soap provided. Everything is nice in this place. The deco & furniture are of good quality and modern. The only minus point is the housekeeping isn't well maintain as dust could be seen in all the corner of the furniture and floor, inside drawer and cabinet. When the housekeeping come and clean our unit, she only clean the bathroom, do the bed and vacuum the floor very quickly. No wiping or moping. Location wise, the bus stop is right in front of the apartment. To take MRT, we need to take bus as it is 4 bus stop away. Foodies are around 15 minutes walk to many restaurant and food court.

Very good hotel. With all the pot, utensils available in the room for cooking. Just need to wash everything before you use it: pretty dirty for some of the items probably due to long time no one using it.

Had a great experience staying here! The staff was really friendly, and the room was in great condition. The location of the place isn't too bad, with a restaurant downstairs and a mart that was very well stocked and surprisingly had a good range. Just opposite there's ABC if you'd like some Indian cuisine or supper feels, and a ntuc 10-15min walk away. The Kitchenette was well equipped with pots, pans and everything you would need to cook a meal, you just need to bring your own ingredients! The mart downstairs did provide lots of options to cook for your stay. Would definitely come back here again for a longer staycation!

easy check in and check out process.. and it is quite near to some market.. if no covid best.. I can eat all the nice food at the market... now can only taobao back to eat..

Sangat menyenangkan, staff yg ramah, tempat yang bersih

Akomodasi sesuai dengan apa yang ada di gambar. Kamar cukup luas & sangat bersih. Pengaturan dekorasi juga menyenangkan, dan fasilitas lengkap. Kitchen set pun juga cukup lengkap. Nilai plus nya lagi kita bisa mendapatkan sirkulasi udara yg banyak karena jendela dapat dibuka termasuk di kamar mandi. Terdapat cukup banyak juga ruangan penyimpanan dan kaca dengan ukuran yg besar. Meskipun cukup jauh dari MRT, tetapi tepat didepan hotel ada halte bus yang sangat membantu jadi tidak masalah. cukup dekat dengan mart kecil. Sangat puas menginap di apartemen ini dan pastinya jika saya ke singapore lagi akan kembali menginap disini.

新加坡馨乐庭马里士他服务公寓地理位置优越，距离牛顿地铁站仅 10 分钟路程，距离乌节路 20 分钟公交车程，因为公寓门前就有一个公交车站。您无需担心寻找食物，因为这家酒店靠近黄埔市场美食广场，步行 1-3 分钟即可到达便利店，如 Cheers 和 7-Eleven。新加坡馨乐庭马里士他服务公寓于 2019 年 9 月才开始营业；因此，每件家具仍处于最佳状态。房间很宽敞，配有随时可用的厨房设备。您不必担心存放随身物品，因为您可以在房间里找到许多可用于存放的东西。但是，由于这是公寓，因此每周只有 3 天的客房清洁服务。大堂随时准备着饮用水，并为客人免费提供，但您也可以随时从水龙头饮用。酒店工作人员在入住和退房过程中非常乐于助人。我们唯一不满的是床太小了，只有一张Queen尺寸的床（160x200厘米）。如果是King Size的床，我们会更满意；但总的来说，我们对这家公寓式酒店的住宿体验非常满意，下次来新加坡一定还会住在这里。谢谢！
