I stayed here total for 9 days, a great location where most of the sights are just in walking distance, the breakfast is amazing with variety. They gave me a room with park view where you barely hear noise from the street, quiet room it is. Generally it is a good hotel when you visit Guayaquil.

Is very convenient, close to everything, siteseeing to restaurants.

Fue una excelente estadía. El hotel Unipark, una joya no conocida para mí. El personal magnífico y atento, especialmente en la Recepción Dayana, y en otros temas el Gerente de RRPP. Decidí quedarme más tiempo por el gran servicio. La comida excelente también. Felicitaciones!

The best

I chose this hotel because we heard the breakfast buffet was excellent, and so it was. Close (walkable) to the centro and museums and restaurants. The restaurant itself at night was casual ok.

Unipark was a great stay. They had breakfast buffet, shuttle, great restaurant to eat at after a long day frim traveling. The hotel is across from the iguana park.
