The apartment was nice for 3 people and a nice terrace. The elevator was broken and the apartment is on the 3rd floor, so you will have to walk 6 flights of stairs, which was exhausting after sightseeing and carrying luggages up and down. Also, 1 night, a tenant was screaming for 2 hours on and off, which truly alarmed us and others in the building.

Just a little outside the historic core. Everything was walkable. Apartment is well-equipped for a week’s stay. Was nice and quiet for sleeping on the 3rd (top) floor. Not an issue for us, but elevator was not working during our stay.

Appartement tranquille et confortable . Balcon aégréable. Équipement de cuisine excellent. Par contre le matelas un peu dur. Près de station métro Lapa, bien situé.

Convenient location with a view of and easy walk to the historic district. Attractive apartment. Excellent responsive communication - thank you Lucas, for being so attentive and accommodating when flights/our plans changed.
