I stayed for 3 nights in Chiang Mai, all in different hotels because of the event Loy Krathong. This was so far the best I stayed in. The room was just aesthetic and comfy. Breakfast was okay but not much variety. Definitely gonna stay here again if I go to Chiang Mai again. Service at its best.

I was staying at the hotel while they're having a wedding ceremony at the lobby all the way to swimming pool. I haven't been able to use a swimming that day while I paid for full price.

Its has been over advertised in instagram and fb. Location not convenient at all, need grab to reach maya and niman. Room is worse! No sound proof at all which is so noisy and no peace at night! Breakfast is horrible! Food is cold and bread is not fresh. Think twice before you book! I'm so regretting of my 4d3n stay at syn boutique hotel: (.

Beautiful room with all free mini bar especially toilet . Breakfast is awesome not too much but it’s ok . Pool is the best! And all staff are lovely with a great service mind. Location nearby nimman and maya department store. But they request for a deposit cash when you check in 2000 baht that I never knew before and don't have any conditions show when I booked. And the power went out a lot 2 times a day when I stay in the room. I didn't know what’s going on and too much process with the electricity in room when I want to turn on and turn off the light.

服务人员非常优秀。美丽的酒店，有很多拍照景点。美味的早餐如果有机会我一定会再回去。
