Just what we were looking for - clean, spacious, right on beach & Omar was great and so friendly! Made us feel so welcome!

The Colonial Club is a great place to stay in Seven Mile Beach. The room was spacious, comfortable, and with a gorgeous ocean view, the location convenient, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Here is one additional huge advantage. The place is fairly small, only 25 units altogether, and stretched a fair distance along the beach. The law in Cayman Islands is such that the part of the beach close to the property is private, while the outermost strip next to the water is public. So the beach chairs, umbrellas, etc., that belong to a given property must remain closer to the hotel, i.e., not on the public part of the beach. As the Colonial Club is small, its chairs and umbrellas can be placed far from one another and still in only one row along the beach. So you you won't hear what other people are talking about if you don not want to. This is in stark contrast to bigger (and more expensive) hotels, such as Ritz or Marriott, that have more or less the same length along the beach, but many more rooms and a lot more guests, so that there are multiple rows of beach chairs right next to one another, which is a major inconvenience.

Quiet, serene, peaceful in a beautiful setting. Close to everything.

Couldn't be more happy with our condo. It was spacious, immaculately clean, had colorful decorations, had a great view of the water, never lacked for lounge chairs or umbrellas, and was very peaceful and quiet.

This place was amazing. The condo is on the beach with the master bedroom facing the beach. The condo is very spacious and each bedroom is its own suite, you don't have to leave the room to go to the bathroom. Location is perfect, the grocery store and many restaurants are only a five minute walk. We are seriously considering returning to the Cayman Islands just because we love this place.
