客房的浴室係同類酒店見過最好，熱水非常之好，暖風充足；床褥舒適睡醒使人疲勞盡消。

整體來說滿意的，房間設備齊全，但沒有雪櫃提供，美中不足，免費早餐提供，一般英式早餐，但款式不多，總括來說，可以接受

Excellent front desk and breakfast staff, very friendly and helpful.

Service was good overall. Water was not draining from the shower so end up stopping every 2 minutes to let water level goes down. Reception was unable to offer an alternative room.

Room was tiny, requested another room and was offered another which was a little larger but very little room to get in and out of the bad against the bathroom wall. There is a major design fault in so much as the bathroom door and s glass? So when someone gets up at night to use bathroom the whole room lights up waking whoever is in bed! Breakfast was a farce, nothing left at 9.10, waited for items to be filled up and gave up after 20 minutes and went to Wetherspoon. One little girl was told there was no waffle mix left at 9.10? Come on, it’s only eggs and flour

Room was dirty, no toilet Paper. When i asked for some was told I must go and get it. Shower filthy mould and limescale Bedding stained

Always good to stay there, but the quality of the breakfast options is not as good.

The air-conditioning was malfunctioning in one of the rooms I booked. However, the hotel did not replace another room for me so that my friend had to sleep in a closed room under the heatwave night !

I got to know about the £20 overnight parking at check in

Everything is fine except the bed was a bit weird, the sound came out of the mattress springs when I turned my body.

The hotel is located just outside the city centre, 5 mins walk to all amenities. Staff friendly and helpful. Thanks to Joe for my glass of milk. 3rd time we have stayed here.

My son's sofa bed wasn't grea,t you could feel the springs under the sheet. Reception were helpful and looked at and agreed the springs were pretty bad. no other beds or rooms, so she gave him another 2 duvets to sleep on, which helped. We did have an alarm going off at 5.30 am coming from a switch by the side of the bed. I called reception and they said it was the AC switch, so shut it off, but then we had no AC and the room was hot with 3 of us!

Pillows uncomfortable as too puffy. Lots of tea stains on carpet. Food in restaurant gor dinner was awful- burger and chips like something from frozen supermarket.

We booked a room for 4 adults and the bedroom was very small with one queen bed and one 3/4 sofa bed. The sofa bed was far too small for 2 adults to comfortably sleep in which was disappointing. Otherwise, the hotel was good for what we needed.

Great location for exploring Leeds

While my overall stay was pleasant, I was disappointed by the high parking charge of £20 per day. For hotel guests, this seems excessive and ideally should be free or at least reduced. I also had to spend more on taxis to get to and from the city centre, making the visit more expensive than expected.

Area outside property outside was fairly dirty which was disappointing but once inside much better
