The accommodation look the same with the photo, clean, all staff very good and helpful, delicious breakfast, many restaurant, just a step to the beach, the TV too big, there 3 lift. Near supermarket, etc. Great. Ch - Jkt.

The room is well-decorated, comfy, and clean. The staff are very friendly and supportive. The location is very easy to travel around Danang city.

Highly recommend! The hotel's unique concept, great location (3 mins walk to the beach) and facilities got my attention, which was really well done and gave you the marine vibe as if you were under the sea (Ariel anyone?). Our room was so cute, clean and spacious, which had a big king (?) bed and 2 surprisingly comfortable bunk beds. The breakfast is pretty well done with each dish being prepared with great care and also included Pho, Banh Cuon and eggs to order, photo included to prove with a cute omelette:). What really stands out about my stay is the friendliness of all the staff from the concierge to the receptionist and kitchen staff. Their service is easily the best in our whole trip across multiple hotels in Cambodia and Vietnam so far. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful while being professional and making us feel well taken care of. You can tell how much they pay attention to details and are enthusiastic about their work. Kudos to our concierge (sorry I didn't catch your name) who managed to carry our 6 suitcases + bags all at once, haha. At least at one point during your stay, you will highly likely be greeted by the GM himself as he is always around making sure that all guests are comfortable with their stay. Thanks, Sofiana team:)! Nhân viên ở đây rất nhiệt tình, dễ thương. Phòng đẹp và sạch sẽ, gần biển. Cám ơn khách sạn rất nhiều. Mình đã có một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời tại Sofiana Đà Nẵng.

The staffs are nice and kind but the room doesn't fit my standards 😡, especially the way they arrange furniture. Inconvenient and stupid 😢 So sorry Sofiana for saying this cruel comment but it's so true! By the way, I love the bookcase 😇 Other competitors should do the same. One more thing, I have stolen a book which I forgot to give it back to them. So sorry again.
