Nice and free parking

Convenient spot for an overnight stay, Arrived at 1am and felt welcomed.

The room was a nice size and had a good view over the trees and playground which my child loved. The carpet could be cleaner in the rooms and in the shared spaces.

The breakfast was poor considering the cost and wasn’t replenished. The room needed hoovering and was not serviced daily even when a sign (as requested when queried with reception) was placed on the door. The towels were replaced but that was all. It appeared that there were new staff that weren’t aware of the procedure. Disappointing

I didnt like that the breakfast buffet didnt have any pastries as advertised and the only fruit they had was apples.. the eggs were cold the bacon was undercooked. The breakfast buffet amd the staff were the only thing that let this place down ... the room was nice

We had a comfortable stay but the cleanliness in this hotel is below average. We stayed in a family room l. Our bathroom floor was dirty along with the shower tray which was evidently unwashed as there was existing bodily hair from previous guests still present. Stains on carpet last and a general need for a good deep clean is required. Slightly disappointing for the amount we paid.

Good for a one night stay. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Nice area to go for a walk in.

Amazing

We were up in Leeds checking out the university- this was a great hotel for a quick overnight stop. It was a rest stop basically- but the hotel was awesome with a living roof! Great architecture! And there was an M&S food attached as well as other restaurants. Gas station etc. it was perfect for what we needed with 2 teenagers. It had a double bed for us and 2 twin beds. Would definitely recommend

Lovely welcome on arrival. The gentleman on the reception guest saw I had a fair bit of luggage, and immediately said "I will put you on the lower floor" which was very thoughtful. I would stay here at the Ramada again.....

Great location, park and ride to Leeds 5 minute drive. Helpful staff and decent choice of food outlets on site

This place is disgustinly dirty. I opted to lose my money and stay elsewhere. In the three rooms i viewed there was dog hair in clumps on the carpet, filth dust and grime on every surface and thick grease food waste around the waste bins. I would rather waste £150 than stay here.

This was our second time staying at the hotel, this time round for 3 nights due to attending a wedding. it was an enjoyable experience. we felt safe and the surroundings are lovely. Our friends met us at the services for a play date and we managed to have lunch aswell as children play. The location is fantastic. I hope they stay on top of it and keep it clean for future visits.
