The service was first class and very friendly. I was only there 2 nights but they we’re memorable.

Going to first floor with no elevator might be an issue for some people. The staff was so loud way too early you can’t get any sleep in the morning. The place is clean so if you are an early bird the noise from outside won’t bother you. I did put in a complaint with front desk hopefully that helped.

I liked the location. Very central, close proximity to a lot of things in gaborone. However, the food was very salty. Every chef knows by now that salt is not healthy. I ordered a seafood salad and could not eat it because they poured almost a quarter bottle of dressing on top. Dressings should be served on the side. I was not even asked for a choice of dressing. Smoking, on the first floor, there was a heavy cigarette smoke.
