Nice place to stay

Great location. Very good breakfast. Would be better if coffee or tea in the room, andone more chair.

I loved staying in this hotel, location is great, safe, modern but simple, a nice park in front, shops nearby, friendly staff.

Location is great. We got a room on the 4th floor with a view to the park and the Palacio Paz. However, the level of noise from the street is annoying. Early in the morning trucks park in front of the hotel to load boxes in and out of Palacio Paz for at least one hour. Our bed was two twin beds but together and without enough blankets or covers. During the night, you could hear a pumping noise coming from somewhere in the hotel. There was not hot water in the shower. The blackout curtains did not work properly. As in any hotel, I was expecting complimentary water bottles in the room for arriving guests, but no. Breakfast is included, but be ready to have breakfast in a room full of picnic tables and convention chairs.

The breakfast was excellent with much variety. The front desk personal were very helpful and spoke English well. Lucca seemed to go out of his way the most to be helpful. Great location!

Começamos com um incoveniente, não tinha nosso quarto e nos colocaram em outro, porem no outro dia falaram que o quarto tinha vagado, só que pelo inconveniente poderiamos ficar no quarto se pagassemos 70 dolares, o que não aceitamos, pois eles erraram e eu teria que pagar a mais, levamos tudo para o outro quarto. Tirando isso, muito boa a hospedagem, localização excelente, estação de metro em frente, pontos de onibus bem proximos, ficando facil se locomover, entrada para rua florida há 100 metros, locais para comer proximos, realmente muito bom, e um café da manha bem justo.

Sauberes Hotel mit schicken Zimmern und guter Lage. Konnte dank VIP Status bis 14 Uhr auschecken und habe eine kostenlose Flasche Wein erhalten. Sehr nettes Personal.

Não estava descrito que o hotel está em reforma, não há lobby, recepção minúscula. Café da manhã foi servido em uma sala nada preparada. Se soubesse desses detalhes não teria reservado. No geral não condiz com o palácio do qual leva o nome, está mais para um anexo.

cercana a zona turística en el centro, la atención del personal fue buena, desayuno pan, quesos fruta , huevo etc, lo calificó bueno, inconvenientes no había agua caliente en la tarde noche.

This property was perfect for our stay in Buenos Aires. It is close to many things, so it is walkable. The staff was very accommodating as they spoke both English and Spanish. They helped us with anything we needed.
