Muy sucio mal olor servicio pésimo

The property was fine. I didn't realize that extended stay meant no extra towels. No cooking utensils for the kitchen. No extra toilet paper until we ran out.

We have to pay for room service to get towels n wash clothes and to me make up the bed. There were no ice machines. I had to go to the front desk for a broom but they didn't have a dust pan. And now I have to call them for my $100 deposit back because I still didn't receive it in my account.

Very slow check-in, and once checked in we were put into a room that housekeeping was still in cleaning. Had to go through the whole process again. The couch was a complete mess with the surface all torn throughout. When I checked last my deposit was still not taken off.

They charge $100.00 deposit and they don’t give it back until 3 to 5 business day they say, I still waiting on my,staff are not friendly,room was sticking and don’t have to much towels ,A/C make noise all night hard to sleep with that noise.

My only complaint is I was charged by the hotel after booking and already paying through hotels.com.

Terrible experience. The conditions of that place were horrible.

The hotel was clean, I’ll give it that, but it lacked basic amenities The room didn’t include complimentary shampoo or conditioner, and there was no iron or blow dryer provided, No ice machine with in the hotel. On top of that, turning on the heater filled the room with a foul odor. (I usually run the heater for a few minutes to warm the room before showering.) I don’t think this hotel would be ideal for a family stay, so I’m glad it was just my husband and I.

Very clean and staff was awesome. My only slight dismay was damage around shower head on wall. Room 422

Shower was not clean visible hair on shower walls lots of dust around boarder of shower wall rust inside toilet looks like a bowel movement hotel was very loud staff was not so friendly I was not expecting to pay a additional $100 fee upon checking in definitely not worth the money. WiFi did not work kids were not happy either

Room was decent but was on 4th floor and all i could smell was dog! I didnt have a dog with me. And I do not appreciate the fact that theres no mention of a 100 deposit on top of the 311.00 i paid on thr hotel.com app! No mention that you have to pay for clean towels 3.99 daily. If u choose Or no room service for 3 day stay. Offers kitchenette but you must pay for silverwear must pay for pans to cook. Must pay for coffee maker! None of those stipulations are listed on app or in there bio on hotel.com app. Its really misleading and honestly seems like a money trap! Theres no one at desk either you must dial a number to reach anyone for help or check in or out!

Good location just to get every where

It was a very disappointing hotel. I am not sure if their reviews are fake but the rooms were disgusting. There was roaches in one of the rooms and an unknown bug in the other. It smelled like smoke and sweat, disgusting.

Cockroaches in my room, if you needed anything and I mean anything extra, towels, toilet paper etc. etc. you would have to go to the front desk.

Everyone I talk with at this location in Davenport, FL are always great. They are helpful personable & professional. I stay here often & for mostly that reason.

I feel like this is my home away from home. I get a very warm welcoming every time I come to stay, which is every month for medical reasons in the Orlando area. Being in a very clean room, which it is always every time we are here. Means the world to us and grateful that it is.

Nice location .Good Hot water . Laundry facilities on site.
