Poca pulizia, mancavano ascuigamani in bagno, la colazione è stata portata in ritardo ed era molto scarsa.

The hotel is decent but could use some maintenance and additional housekeeping staff. Examples include things like the exterior windows and door handles not being attached, or the fact I had to have my room key card re-authorized every day, and my rooms trash wasn't removed once in five days.

It advertised that breakfast would be served from 7–9 a.m. but they only served it at 9 AM. They advertise that it had air conditioning, but on the seventh floor, not only was there no air conditioning, but the elevator ended in the sixth floor is spectating walking up to the seventh floor… The staff, however, was very friendly and overall the rooms were very nice as well inside. All in all I would stay at this hotel again especially if I can get somewhere below the seventh floor.

Spacious and clean room. Large bed. The bathroom was clean but there only was one towel and not enough toiletpapier so I had to ask more. Staff was friendly.
