Arrived very late (early am) after 27 hr trip. Hotel was very responsive and made sure I had a driver to pick me up. Hotel is 5 mins from airport. Staff is very accomodating and friendly. Will stay here again before outbound flight.

The condition of the bathroom was not healthy

This was our fourth time here but safe to say it’s the worst. Facility manger failed to cooperate and house keeping did a terrible job at cleaning

It was definitely a 5 star hotel. Clean, beautiful, and excellent service. Room service meal was delicious. Restaurant attached, along with a pool and fool spa offering everhhting you could want and need. Thank you Opal Hotel Amman for the relaxing and unforgettable stay.

We arrived before checkin time and the staff accommodated us with a larger room upgrade

The staff was friendly and the property itself is beautiful; however, it’s extremely noisy due to weddings taking place almost every day.

Definitely a great option if you want to stay away from the busyness of the city. Super clean and friendly stuff
