Sempat deg-degan pas pesan hotel di sini. Karena review banyak komplain. Bersyukur banget pas sampai sana dapat kamar bersih, lumayan luas buat ukuran di Hongkong, banyak makanan halal dan pusat perbelanjaan di lantai 1 plus pegawainya ramah. Yang penting Wi-Fi kencang dan dapat coffee bebas ambil gratis. Pas sampai sana diminta uang tambahan 30 HKD lagi, but it's okay for us, mengingat biaya hidup di Hongkong mahal, hotel ini lumayan worth it lah, apalagi jaraknya dekat MRT.

Saya tidak jadi cek in dikarenakan tidak sesuai dengan yang di foto dan fasilitas tidak sesuai dengan yang deskripsi hotel very sad i dont like.

The room was really dirty and the overall stay was uncomfortable.

Very cheap and convenient. The location is great. Mtr station, peking road are just few steps away. Check in-out was fast. Down the elevator takes you to food hallway or market. Many indian stores. Halal food. It's just a mix in a pot. You will meet people from all over the world here because it's right the centre of budget hotels hostels guest houses etc. Cocok buat sobat backpacker, sobat misqueen yang ingin berhemat dan bertemu sesama traveller. 😉. Though the space is tiny but it's Hong Kong after all. Very recommended!

We feel like we were ripped off the moment we arrived. we are about to book this hotel there is reminders that there is additional 15% of the total amount to be collected at the hotel and it is 138HKD. It was showed after. They said it is for cleaning charge. It is okay to pay for the cleaning charge if they really cleaned the room. We appreciate that the room was prepared ahead our check in time so we were able to use it, but, it the sheets and linen are not changed. It still smell saliva from the previous client. And for the whole the duration we were there, our room was not cleaned and the sheets were not changed. They only threw the trash and that's it! No towel provided. The location of the hotel us strategic. Just across the MTR station that a plus think and many food nearby to eat. What we loved the most is it is near “The Alley” tea shop. But over all the service is unsatisfying.

Staf hotel sangat kasar. meminta biaya tambahan di luar dari tarif yang sudah dibayarkan. Menipu kami dengan memberikan kamar single padahal kami memesan untuk dua orang, tidak ada dispenser air, handuk, atau keset. Sebaiknya hostel ini ditutup! sangat kecewa dengan germany hostel!

This accommodation has a good location, but their service was not good, not give us towel, then the room not same like at agent's picture.

Location is good but there are many hostels inside one building and very few elevators. Room is 10th floor so you cant just use the stairs esp with luggage. Falling in line for the elevator takes 10-20mins waiting time.

Well, I can tell if you want to visit shim sha tsui don’t go to this germany hostel we have stayed there good for two days. And when we arrived there I thought it’s a fine room as we can see in the picture but its not right very small room and cannot be move in inside no towels and the plug is quite new we have been in another hostel and it’s not like this. We ask them for a help because we cannot use it but staff are not friendly. I don’t understand why it’s expensive this service charge 79hkdollars.there are nothing in inside and no help and its very difficult to go up because in block d there is only one elevator and everytime it’s full. You have to wait 10mins before you can come down. Or much better to use stairs.

they advertise that it has the appliances needed but my room does not have one of those does not even have a towel you have to pay 20hkd. the worst part is that they did not change blankets. I was just exhausted from my delayed flight and I have to endure the in changed blanket. I requested to have it change but I was told that I already used the one night. they charge service charge but did not even address the concern.

Lumayan bersih dan lokasinya sangat strategis di tengah kota. Untuk transportasi sangat dekat dengan temsim sangat tidak station.

the room is different than the pictures, it's only enough for one bed without space and they gave us the room on 17th floor but the location is good

saya puas dengan pelayanan hotel,dan kebersihan hotel. pihak Traveloka juga sangat profesional dalam membantu pelanggan nya.

Location was excellent, they provided me a freshly renovated apartment and quiet. Issues were latch for bathroom not working, no phone, no disposable toothbrush and face towel. 15% extra charges which was not upfront stated.

Sangat tidak puas dengan hotel ini! Amat sangat tidak puas! Di aplikasi online tidak ada informasi akan di kenakan biaya tambahan lagi saat di hotel dan ternyata ada biaya tambahan yg katanya tax untuk layanan pembenahan kamar sebesar 15% (saat disana 26 hkd) kalo emang ada biaya seperti itu ya harusnya bisa dari awal dikenakan di harga kamar dan juga handuk, kalo mau pake handuk harus sewa lagi 20 hkd per handuk. Ya kalo orang gamau sewa lagi, terus keringin badan pake apa? Tissue? Atau hairdryer? Di tambah lagi petugasnya amat sangat tidak ramah!! Juga wifi, katanya free wifi tapi wifinya tidak di temukan jadi gabisa konek ke hp serta kamar dan kamar mandinya ngga sesuai gambar!! Kamarnya sangat sempit!! Ngga banget lah pokoknya!!!

Harga pesan jauh hari bisa dapat harga murah, kebersihan kamar diawal sangat baik namun kamar tidak dibersihkan tiap hari padahal ada pembayaran 15% service fee hanya tempat sampah yang dibersihkan, reception dilantai 10 kamar dilantai 6 tidak ada interphone, tidak disediakan dispenser, tidak ada handuk, lift apartemen sangat kecil sedangkan penghuninya banyak pada jam sibuk antrian menjadi sangat panjang, luas kamar double + bathroom = 180x300m tidak ada jendela..terkadang tercium bau yang sangat busuk masuk kedalam kamar ketika refrigator dimatikan sebaiknya refrigerator tetap dinyalakan..tidak direkomendasikan untuk pelancong dengan koper besar dan keluarga dengan 1 anak yang membawa stroller..untuk harga yang saya dapat masih termasuk sebanding dengan kamar yang saya tempati bahkan termasuk murah dan baik untuk ukuran Hongkong yang biaya hidupnya mahal..sebaiknya pesan online jangan go show karena akan banyak calo dan harganya akan sangat mahal tempatnya agak seram kalau malam kalau mau menginap sebaiknya ada cowoknya kalau cewek jangan menunjukan kalau kalian takut santai saja dan kalau ditawarkan sesuatu tolak laah secara sopan
