Calisanlar mükemmel oda çok temiz ve güzel.Kahvaltisi temizdi.Kahvesi mükemmel.Resepsiyonda çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi.tesekkurler.

The best place to stay in Sarajevo!

Adisa was amazing very nice place to stay in Sarajevo .

On the first night we checked in... i found ants crawling in the room. I asked the hotel staff at reception for a different room and we were told the hotel is fully booked and they could not move us in to a different room. They offered an alternative solution which was to check out from the hotel room and the time was 12am when they told me this and they told me to find a new hotel. The breakfast was terrible not enough selection and the parking is also a headache as there are not enough spaces to accommodate for cars.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Right outside of the hotel there was an option to take the bus into town, to avoid trying to find parking and it was great. Their included parking was easy and safe.

Ist von der Innenstadt etwas entfernt, für mich passend, weil ich die Ruhe genießen konnte. Mondern eingerichtet. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Our 4-night stay at Hotel Grad was an excellent experience. Very good breakfast. The room was always clean. All the staff are very helpful and very friendly. We couldn't ask for more.
