鬧中取靜的地理位置，去地鐵站很方便，周遭便利商店也很多。不管是成田還是羽田機場大巴都可以到酒店旁，真的很方便。2樓的餐廳的餐點很好吃。我住了4晚，4個早餐都點不一樣的餐點，每種都好吃。服務人員態度很好，酒店房間浴室在日本算大的，裝修還很新。總體來說，是家小而美的精品酒店，它裝修很漂亮精緻。有機會來新宿，還好考慮住這家酒店。大推！

Food; extremely friendly helpful staff

對國外訪客，房間可能不大，但因室內的設計，使用起來很舒適。每日房間打掃特別仔細，早餐和晚上的happy hour 讓東京旅途更享受。整體體驗100分

Excellent hotel

Alex the manager is excellent, as is the whole staff working under him. Very helpful in every respect and the concierge makes great restaurant recommendations. The international crew have the highest English proficiency, which is very much needed. Well done.

Excellent service overall with everything close by. The size of the room is agreeable as it is because it’s Tokyo! The decor is modern with superb cleanliness standard. Breakfast were served in good portion and varieties. The only complain is the toilet needs extra ventilation for no matter how I sanitised and wiped with alcohol it still smells like concentrated piss

早餐服務體驗很糟，等了一個小時點的咖啡才來，來了還送錯的飲料，用日文提問店員硬要用英文回覆，

住了兩晚，房间面積有點小，但很舒適。位置從新宿站步行至酒店需時約十五分鐘，亦算方便。最失敗的是大堂有位女職員，在為我們退房是不禮貌及態度傲漫，不值評為五星酒店。

From hotel design, bar & restaurants, to the food & drink, guest services, staff… absolutely flawless! Especially the lobby level manager Alex/Alessandro and his team are so professional and helpful for everything! It’s a wonderful hotel and we will definitely go back again !

Lovely hotel - good location - only negative was they decided to shut the rooftop bar for a photo shoot and we didn’t get to experience drinks with a view.

The staff was so accommodating and helpful including the concierge, Mari. The room was clean and pretty with delicious bed, pillows and comforter. The shower was great and the towels were super fluffy. We enjoyed the beautiful gym and ate at both restaurants which were excellent. Hotel is located walking distance to lots but kind of a busy commercial location. But we loved the Kimpton.

The receptionist was able to give us an early checkin. We were very grateful for his kindness after a 14 hr flight.

We really enjoy the personal service at the Kimpton, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This hotel was a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku station. The room was small-ish (as expected in Tokyo) but well-appointed and comfortable.

The Kimpton went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. From the manager greeting me on the foyer to the restaurant staff ensuring my mother had GF food
