the place very comfortable, however in my stay there's lacking of sound proof its like somebody was working or banging the walls and ceilings. The aircon was somehow very dry..

Excellent for Mercure Hotel. Close to the mall, easy.

The room is really wow... Clean and spacious

Overall it's very good, but the swimming pool is a bit disturbed because the one next to it is being renovated.

It was overall a great experience, especially the check-in and check-out process. I wish there were a desk in the room though.

The hotel is very comfortable and pleasant. I want to spend the night here again next time.

The hotel is kid-friendly, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast menu is delicious and varied. 👍 If there's a concert at ICE, I'll definitely stay here again. 👌

Restaurant service and food variety must be improved

A pleasant hotel. Close to AEON Mall and Sky House Apartments. The only problem is that there's construction work nearby, which makes it a bit noisy. I stayed there to visit my son, who works at the Biomedical Campus Building, so it was easy for him to get to the hotel.

Good location, clean accommodation

The location is excellent and breakfast spread was good.

Great staff and handy location near Aeon Mall

I had a wonderful stay and the hotel is near to the Aeon Shopping Mall. The room is spacious and comfortable. Just the choice of the breakfast can be have more variety.

Shocked to see a big piece of tissue stuffed onto the peep hole on the inside of the door. Must be from the previous guest. But how could house keeping missed it? Not the first time I commented on the disappointing service from this Mercure hotel as I am a frequent guest. I returned cos of its location despite the disappointment in housekeeping. Breakfast buffet has ok selection. But ordering eggs from the egg station requires making multiple trips cos the chef is too busy and can’t remember guest’s orders. Hot tea runs out and told 2 waiters but nothing is done about it.

I'm from out of town and always stay at the Mercure BSD every time I go to a concert at ICE BSD. The hotel is very close to ICE BSD, and it's easily accessible by toll road. Highly recommended. I also love the artistic rooms and warm ambiance.

Clean, comfortable, and the breakfast is super delicious and has lots of choices. It's a short walk from the AEON BSD Hotel. Awesome🥰
