A nice little boutique hotel in the center of Spokane. Nice bed and comfortable and spacious rooms.

I walked my dog one block up and one block down - passed transients sitting on the sidewalk or walking unsteadily, appearing stoned/drunk. I felt a little nervous as a woman staying alone in a city I didn't know. The other issue is, lack of parking unless I chose valet parking. The room itself was fine - clean and spacious. The front desk person was very courteous and helpful.

Beautiful building and rooms. Area around is a little sketchy.

My room was lovely. I arrived late and left early, so didn’t use much of the rest of the facility.

The hotel and itself are nice, pleasant, and kept well. The train nearby woke me a few times.

The staff was great and the room was very nice and clean. It’s an older building with a maze-like layout. The parking situation was tricky. The loading zone was full so I had to circle the block several times waiting for a spot in the loading zone to open up. The only free parking is on the street at night and the neighborhood is rough at night.

Didn’t feel safe walking after dark. Had to drag our luggage quite an always because of no parking and Valet was busy.

It’sa beautiful hotel. History is honored and shared with guests. We loved our stay. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. We’ll be back.

The hotel staff was so friendly, easy walking distance to downtown restaurants, theater, concerts and shopping. The hotel has a cool, retro vibe. Would stay here again!

My room was DIRTY - dirty sheets, towels, and toilet. I alerted the hotel that the smell in my room was making me sick and the best they could do was refund half of my stay.

Did not like the homelessness in the area
