酒店很干净，房间的装修材料也不错。但是，温泉浴池很不干净。使用规则也不明确，有些人甚至没淋浴就直接泡进去了。

工作人员非常周到。每个人都很友善。酒店有桑拿，我很喜欢。不过Wi-Fi有点慢。除此之外，总体还不错。

工作人员服务周到、礼貌周到，而且沟通顺畅。房间干净整洁，价格实惠。房间布局合理，营造出奢华的日式公寓氛围。

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The room was specious and included appealing amenities such as a pool, onsen, and sauna facilities, and the view was absolutely stunning. However, the cleanliness was a major issue, with most surfaces covered in dust and musty smell. We booked our stay through an application, but upon arrival, the staff struggled to locate our reservation. After finally checking in, we faced another problem: the water system was not functioning properly. Despite making five calls to the staff, they were unable to resolve the issue, resulting in no water from 9 PM to 9 AM. When the water did return, it was mixed with sand sediment. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel based on these issues.

Staffs are very friendly, but the day when I stayed there, electricity are off about 2-3 hours. So cannot do anythings in that period.

- No bell boy service, no greet at the entrance, staff just sit playing his mobile phone and wait customers to ask to check in.- No water heat.- There is a big spider in the room.- the door is not lockable from the inside, the staff already informed to change the room. But the available room (that he said) is next to the construction causing the noise pollution. But I check in traveloka there are still some available room as same as mine but he did not suggest.- no slippers and robes in the room.- no telephone to contact lobby in the room: need to use personal phone.- bathroom smells bad and urine. All in all, Not worth my 3500 THB and will not recommend if you want a comfortable and smooth staycation.

บรรยากาศดี สะดวกดี แต่เครื่องน้ำร้อนไม่ทำงาน อาบน้ำดึกๆหนาวมาก

ห้องพักสะอาด ดี วิวสวย แต่ในราคาที่จ่ายค่าห้องพักควรมีอาหารเช้าด้วย ห้องพักราคา 2000 บาท

สถานที่ดีค่ะ ล๊อบบี้เล็กไปหน่อย ห้องพักและเครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกดีมาก โดยเฉพาะของที่เตรียมไว้ให้ในตู้เย็น ออนเซ็นและซาวน์น่า ทุกอย่างดีค่ะ แต่ไม่ได้ไปใช้สระว่ายน้ำเพราะเด็กเยอะ เสียงดัง แนะนำให้ปรับปรุงป้ายทางเข้าที่พักนะคะมันชำรุดจนไม่แน่ใจว่าเปิดให้บริการรึเปล่า แต่ว่า Google Map พาไปน่ะค่ะ

ห้องเหมือนในรูปเลยค่ะ พนักงานบริการดีมาก มีอุปการณ์ในการอาบน้ำให้ครบ มีมินิบาร์เติมให้เต็มตลอด ใครไปเที่ยวเขาใหญ่แนะนำให้พักที่นี่เลยค่ะ คุ้มค่าเหมาะสมกับราคา

พนักงานบริการดีมาก อัธยาศัยดี ราคาเป็นกันเอง มีออนเซ็นให้ด้วย
