Too much noise Too many people talking in the living room since 5:00 am and I don't know if it's your staff or your guests. we live in the room 127 kept hearing the sound of doors close open close open and IMakes me very angry and cranky

Great location and staff

My stay was pleasant. All were clean to my taste. Clothe ironing not working was quickly replaced. I was able to manage with ironing board not working by placing it flat on the bed. It appears to be broken. All was well done. Thank you.👍

Stayed first night without a car. We ate in their adjacent restaurant, food was great! Stopped in the gas station convent mart for some things. The shuttle brought us to Islip to get a car to go visit family. My son said the gym was decent. There were many snack options both in the lobby & on the second floor when we went for ice.

I’ve got pictures of the long bugs that were in the room and either the cleaning staff was eating Doritos or the room was not cleaned well! Will never stay at this location again

Everything was great. Front desk staff was warm and inviting. Rooms were clean. Beds are comfy. Would definitely recommend.

On Thursday, we disconnected my brother's life support system and kept vigil. I forgot about cancelling the reservation until the morning of August 3rd, the second day of the reservation. Even though I offered to provide a death notice, they refused to refund me anything.

Property was clean, up to date, and convenient. Staff was helpful and friendly. Everything we needed for our stay.
