1. 加強清潔、入房有蚊子、早餐服務人及座位不足、引起排隊及房客須搬東西到lobby 吃、太亂,浴室架孑壞了也未修、危險、

房間整潔。 地點不近東門，但近翠竹站。 早餐豐富，但杯子不潔及有破爛。

房間面積太小，毛巾太旧，旁邊有建築施工！

乾淨企理，新淨舒服，價錢合理也不貴；兩張單人床各有4呎闊，夠寬鬆；早餐非常豐富，質素頗好，打車去大商場及羅湖口岸過關也方便。

整體酒店很潔淨，但交通有點不便，若需要去東門老街，只有打的才到達，使用公交地鐵路程太遠，早餐都可以

不建議加錢食早餐，因選擇非常有限， 食物質素又差，基本一杯咖啡都泡得不好，又凍又差又難飲。

位置根本不在東門！不太方便出入！

need improve the carpet more cleaner at room and the elevator is too old...even lobby carpet too ....

舒适，整洁，价格合理，方便，离地铁站10分钟步行

Good Hotel

Renovated and rebrand this year, as part of IHG group, facilities and bedding are very new except the elevator which is bit slow and outdated. Despite it, totally worth the price. Check in /check out was smooth and breakfast buffet was good. Room has a large window with city view and a small sofa by it which is enjoyable.

The wooden floor inside the hotel room was a bit sticky

The front desk reception can not find my booking until today, could you please contact the hotel reservation and let them know what booking channel from? They still text and call me with this trouble.
