Amazing view of River Ganges! We had an amazing stat at Lemontree Premier! Excellent staff. Staffs were very helpful, friendly !

A lovely hotel. Very good service by the staff. The food options were good. Hygiene and cleanliness was of very good standards. Typical challenges of a good hotel in a lower hill area. Nothing exceptional about the location but watching the Ganges flow down was serene.

River front view, swimming pool and cleanliness Didn't like the service, they clean the room at 4 pm in the evening and always forgot to keep the towels

Highlight of stay was there extremely courteous staff, dealing with them was always a pleasure. Facility was well located looking over River Ganga. Only discomfort was there loose spring mattress.

Nice hotel

Probably it can be one of the better (and best) options near the river, but $250 for a night make a real challenge for all details that aren't there. The restaurant is not good (specially the buffet) The hotel is dirty. They do not pick up room service trays that are outside rooms. Floors are dirty, etc. Specially the girls in the front desk have terrible attitude. The manager tries to handle everything in a really good mood, but this girls do not help him Bathrooms have terrible smell.

Poor service, hot water issues, poor breakfast service.

Property location and facilities r good.Room amenities r perfect but staff needs more training to make them more responsible.
